Student Spotlight: Tamika Jean Moris

Long time danceCREATOR Tamika Jean has been a consistent presence in our classes for many months now! She recently performed at our first ever holiday party, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our community! Read what she has to say about our classes below:

“I am from Los Angeles, CA. and I have been taking class with danceCREATE since January 2020.  I began taking classes at the studio but when Covid-19 occurred everything was closed. Then one day I saw that Maria was going to be offering classes online and I became very excited!! I was taking classes at least 3 times a week. The Stretch + Strengthen classes have been very beneficial for me.

The class assisted me on my weight loss journey as I have lost over 50 pounds.

The class also taught me to ‘pull up’ and to always "Find something to admire".  I am thankful for Maria and the danceCREATE Community. We are Family!! Happy Holidays!!”
