Kim Weiss - Business Planning & Development Advisor
Kim Weiss joined danceCREATE in 2018, in the role of Business Planning and Development Advisor after a successful 21-year career in sales and account management at Hewlett-Packard (HP), a Fortune 100 company, followed by a 5+ year post as Executive Director of Student Recruitment and Corporate Relations for Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School. Kim is excited to be an integral part of the evolution of danceCREATE both as a business advisor and a current student.

Esther Lian- Communications and Special Projects Intern
Esther is a junior at San Marino High School. Growing up on the beautiful island of Singapore, she has been ballet trained from the age of five. After moving to Los Angeles at the age of ten, she was exposed to other forms of dance and has since fallen in love with contemporary and hip hop! In addition to dance, she is also very interested in fine arts, acting, playing the piano, and literature. She is thrilled to be part of the danceCREATE team!
Wren Juergensen - Videographer Intern
Wren Juergensen is a student at Pasadena City College who is currently studying Film, TV and Electronic Media for transfer to a four-year university. She danced in Pasadena Civic Ballet’s company from ages four to sixteen. In high school, she found her true passion in video editing, but her love of dance still remained. Wren’s lifelong experience in dance and her newfound love of editing made her a great fit for the danceCREATE team!
